IPL T20 - Rajasthan Royals Vs Mumbai Indians Report

Rajasthan Royals exacted the main loss over Mumbai Indians and reserved their fans at home happy with an excellent performance for an 87-run win at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur.

Batting first Rajasthan Royals situated 179 for 3 on the back of Ajinkya Rahane's winning 68, before their bowlers set on a superb performance to rout the MI batting. The 87-run overcome was Mumbai Indians’ main defeat in IPL history.

Needing 180 to win, MI got off to a bad begin as Ajit Candida released the two legends Sachin Tendulkar (1) and Ricky Ponting (4) in quick sequence. Tendulkar fell top binding a sweep up to small fine-leg while Ponting lobbed the ball straight back to Chandila challenging to work one to the leg side.

Man of the Match is Ajinkya Rahane. Best Scorers are Ajinkya Rahane 68, Kieron Pollard 1-24.
